CARROLLTON — A 20-year-old Limestone man was charged Saturday with driving while impaired by drugs, criminal possession of a controlled substance, and traffic violations, following drug tests from a March 9 incident in which they found him unresponsive behind the wheel of his car on I-86.

According to the NYSP report, Troopers had administered two doses of Naloxone on Dominick A Bleier, which returned him to consciousness. He was taken to Olean General Hospital, where he was given a blood test, the results of which came back on Saturday. At the time, Bleier was reportedly found to be in possession of Alprazolam, a schedule-4 controlled drug.

Due to the results containing other controlled substances, Bleier was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs. He was processed at SP Olean and issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Carrollton later this month.
