BUFFALO — A 36-year-old Buffalo man was charged Saturday with DWI following a traffic stop on State Route 33.
According to New York State Police, Jesse Skingly was stopped for speeding and found to be intoxicated. He was later found to have a .16 percent blood alcohol content and released with an appearance ticket for City of Buffalo Court.
