BUFFALO — Buffalo police arrested two individuals on drug charges over the weekend.
The incident happened just after 2 a.m. Saturday in the 200 block of Allen Street.
Central District officers say the two were in a parking lot when police approached. Officers discovered cocaine in a clear bag on the ground.
Twenty-six-year-old Joseph Kostek III of Williamsville and 28-year-old Richard Sheremata of Clarence were both charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.
