AMHERST — The Amherst Police are looking a suspect from several larcenies from autos which occurred over the last few weeks in the Eggertsville/Snyder area of Amherst.
Pictured in the security footage (below) is a slim build white male with a thin beard and an unknown tattoo on his front right lower leg.
Amherst Police ask anyone who recognized the person of interest or have any information related to this crime call the Amherst Police Detective Bureau at 689-1340 or email to tips@apdny.org or text to 562-TIPS and reference AMH 16-637256-HL.
Police also advice all to remember to lock your vehicles while parked in your driveway.
