ANGELICA — A 28-year-old Lakewood man was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on I-86.
According to New York State Police, Diego V. Guzman Valle was stopped on I-86 westbound for speeding. He was determined to be intoxicated and subsequently charged. He was then taken to the Amity Troopers’ barracks, where he was found to have a .11 percent blood alcohol content.
Guzman Valle was released on tickets and scheduled to appear in the Town of Angelica Court on Aug. 4.
