PORTVILLE — A 38-year-old Franklinville woman was charged Friday with second-degree aggravated harassment, accused of sending threatening text messages.
According to New York State Police, Bonnie J. Bremiller had sent the text messages to a Portville woman. After an investigation, she was located in Delevan and charged.
Bremiller was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Portville Court.
