BUFFALO — A 16-year-old male was charged Thursday evening with trespassing and criminal possession of marijuana after Buffalo Police say they saw drug transactions on Bailey Avenue.
According to BPD, Northeast District officers — following up on a complain from residents –observed the suspect making a number of hand to hand transactions while in the 3200 block of Bailey just after 6:30 p.m.
Officers say the individual had over 50 clear plastic baggies “containing green vegetable matter.”
