DEPEW — A 26-year-old Depew woman was charged Saturday with driving while intoxicated following a Transit Road traffic stop.
According to New York State Police, Erica J. Biller was stopped for failing to stay in her lane. When Troopers interviewed her, they determined her to be intoxicated. She was taken to the Clarence Troopers’ barracks, where she was found to have a .19 percent blood alcohol content.
Biller is due to return to the Village of Depew Court.
