SCIO — A 50-year-old Scio woman was charged June 10 with aggravated driving while intoxicated, accused of having a blood alcohol content nearly three times the legal limit.
According to New York State Police, Jacqueline C. Hadsell was involved in a two-car collision on State Route 19 near Dry Brook Road. While interviewing Hadsell, she was determined to be intoxicated. She was taken to AP Amity for processing and found to have a .23 percent blood alcohol content.
Hadsell was released on tickets to appear before the Town of Scio Court on Tuesday.
