TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A 20-year-old Lockport woman was charged Tuesday with unlawful possession of marijuana and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
According to New York State Police, Halen Gilbert was found to be in possession of marijuana and a single Alprazolam pill after she crashed her vehicle on Lake Road.
She was later processed at SP Lockport and issued tickets to return to Lockport Court later this month.
