TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A 27-year-old Lockport man was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault and second-degree harassment for allegedly assaulting a woman.
According to New York State Police, Michael Wood was charged following an investigation into a domestic incident. He was processed at the Lockport Troopers’ barracks and arraigned in Town of Lockport Court before being released on his own recognizance.
Wood is due to return to court later this month.
