ANGELICA — A 47-year-old Pennsylvania man was charged Tuesday with felony driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on I-86.

According to New York State Police, James S. Titus was stopped for speeding and determined to be intoxicated. He was arrested for driving while intoxicated and taken to SP Amity for processing where he recorded a 0.08 percent blood alcohol content.

Police say Titus was previously convicted of driving while intoxicated within the previous 10 years, making his current charge a felony.  He was arraigned before the Town of Friendship Court and released on $1,000.00 bail to reappear before the town of Angelica Court.
