TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A 21-year-old Barker man was charged Saturday with DWI following a Keck Road traffic stop.

According to New York State Police, Troopers had stopped to check on a motorist who was partially blocking traffic. While interviewing the motorist — Ryan McCormick — they determined him to be intoxicated.

McCormick was charged and taken to SP Lockport, where he was found to have a .15 percent blood alcohol content. He was then processed and issued tickets returnable to the Town of Lockport Court later this month.
