NIAGARA FALLS — A 51-year-old Sanborn man was charged Wednesday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Connecting Road.

According to New York State Police, Robert Booth was stopped at approximately 10:20 p.m. for failing to keep right. He was determined to be intoxicated and taken to the Niagara Troopers’ barracks, where he was found to have a .18 percent blood alcohol content.

Booth was issued appearance tickets returnable in the City of Niagara Falls Court.
