KENNEDY — A 24-year-old Falconer man was charged Saturday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Daley Hill Road.
According to New York State Police, Steven Raynor was pulled over for a traffic violation and determined to be intoxicated. He was taken to the State Police barracks in Jamestown, where he was found to have a .12 percent blood alcohol content.
He was issued tickets returnable to Town of Poland Court and released to a sober individual.
