ARKWRIGHT — A 24-year-old Forestville man was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on Route 83 on Tuesday.
According to New York State Police, Michael Granata was pulled over for speeding. While Troopers were speaking with him, they smelled marijuana coming from the vehicle, leading to a search and subsequent confiscation of a pipe containing burnt marijuana.
Granada was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and given a traffic ticket for speeding, both of which will be addressed in Town of Arkwright Court.
