On December 29, 2021, SP Olean Troopers arrested Mark E. Sue, 56, of Allegany, NY for Driving While Intoxicated and Refusal to Take a Breath Test.
During a traffic stop on Fay Hollow Rd in the Town of Allegany, Troopers observed Sue exhibiting obvious signs of intoxication. Troopers determined Sue had been operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. Sue was arrested and refused to submit to a chemical breath test.
Sue was released with appearance tickets for Olean Town Court, where he is due to appear in January.
