The New York State Police conducted a sobriety checkpoint on Saturday March 13, 2021 in the Towns of Elma and West Seneca.
Callahan Glinski, Age 22, of the City of Buffalo was arrested for three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree and one count of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana in the 2nd degree. Glinski drove through the road check and troopers observed the odor of marijuana coming from his vehicle. A search of the vehicle by troopers revealed quantities of marijuana, concentrated marijuana, cocaine and Adderall. Glinski was taken into custody and transported to SP Clarence where he was processed and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Elma Court on 04/12/21 at 6:00PM.
