TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A 30-year-old Lockport man was charged Saturday with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon following a Robinson Road traffic stop.

According to New York State Police, William V. Caffery was stopped for travelling 58 mph in a 45 mph zone.  While interviewing Caffery, Troopers observed a metal knuckle knife on the floor board of the vehicle. 
Caffery was placed under arrest and transported to SP Lockport for processing, where he was issued an appearance ticket and a traffic ticket both returnable to the Town of Lockport Court at a later date.
