BOLIVAR — A pair of teenagers were charged with third-degree criminal mischief on Sunday, accused of damaging a vehicle.
According to New York State Police, an investigation into a complaint of damage done to a vehicle on Main Street on Nov. 2 led to the arrest of a 13-year-old and 16-year-old.
The younger was referred to Allegany County Family Court, while the 16-year-old was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear before the Town of Bolivar Court at a later date.
