Introduction to the Textile Lab and Spinning Thread

Embark on a beginner-friendly journey into the timeless craft of hand spinning. Discover the gratifying process of creating your own yarn using a drop spindle. Our class offers an inclusive experience where you’ll receive hands-on guidance to learn the art of spinning. The class fee covers essential materials including vibrant dyed wool roving, ensuring you have everything you need to start crafting beautiful yarns from scratch. Class Cost: $60 (materials fee included)

Class Size: Min 6/ Max 8

This class needs to meet the minimum enrollment in order to run. Participants will be notified of the status of class the Monday prior to the first session. In case of cancellation, participants can choose another scheduled date if available or request a refund.

Ages: 16+
