STOW — A 44-year-old Clymer man was charged Wednesday with criminal possession of a weapon following a traffic stop on I-86.
According to New York State Police, Ryan Nelson was pulled over on I-86 in Stow for failing to yield to an emergency vehicle and while speaking to Nelson, the Troopers observed a switchblade knife inside Nelson’s van. Nelson was placed under arrest, processed at SP Jamestown and released with an appearance ticket directing him to appear in the town of North Harmony Court on a later date.
