A 44-year-old Olean man was charged with Criminal Trespass and Harassment on November 28, 2018 following a call to police about a trespasser.
According to New York State Troopers, officers responded to a trespass complaint on State Route 16 in the town of Olean, where they discovered Eugene A. O’Dell had entered the apartment of another male party making threats of harm against him.
O’Dell was arrested and arraigned in Allegany Town Court and released on his own recognizance. He is due to reappear in Olean Town Court in December.
