YORKSHIRE — A 25-year-old Warsaw woman was charged on Nov. 19 with a felony vehicle and traffic charge of possessing a forged title.
According to New York State Police Roxanne Feller, took a Vehicle Title that was forged and submitted it to DMV to have the vehicle registered in her name. Feller was arrested and released on appearance ticket for the Town of Yorkshire Court.
