YORKSHIRE — A 47-year-old Tennesee man was charged early this morning with driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain lane following a traffic stop on State Route 16. According to New York State Police, Troopers stopped Michael J. Aubry at approximately 1:54 am. for failing to maintain lane. Aubry was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s and transported to SP Machias for processing. Aubry recorded a .14% BAC.
Aubry was issued tickets for the Town of Yorkshire Court.
