Danny passed away Wednesday June 14, 2023 at Kenmore Mercy after a brief illness. He was 50 years old. He was a resident of Lewiston NY and an all around fun guy. Danny loved to laugh and tease his friends and family mostly. He is survived by a large family and plenty of friends. He is also survived by his group home family where he has resided for the past 8 years.
He was born to the Nicholas and Nadyne DeLorenzo. He was born with a severe developmental disability along with other handicaps. But his spirit soared because he was very loved by the people who surrounded him. During his 50 years of life he touched many people by his gregarious friendly and loving nature. He loved to attend meetings at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses where his favorite thing to do was sing Kingdom songs during those meetings and see his friends. He also loved to participate in the meetings where his usual comment was often “Jehovah God” or “Go out in service”.
Although Danny didn’t have a normal life free of difficulties, he looked forward to the time in the future when he will be made new and Jehovah God by means of his son Jesus will cure him of his maladies. Now that he has fallen asleep in death, his family and friends look forward to the time here on the earth when “ All those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out” (John 5:28,29) to a life free from sin and death. It was Danny’s hope to see his loved ones in the Paradise earth spoken about in the Bible and it’s his family’s hope to see him again soon in this same Paradise earth we are all so looking forward too. Until then he is safe in Jehovah’s memory and ours as well.
