Gregorey ‘Funk’ Vincent, 44, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away suddenly on Monday, June 19, 2023. Born in Niagara Falls, he is the son of Warren (Jacqulyn) Vincent and Valorie (nee Grant) Smith; and beloved husband of Tracy (Humphrey) Vincent.

Greg attended Sacred Heart School and graduated from Niagara Catholic High School, where his classmates referred to him as ‘Pope Gregorey.’ He was a standout athlete and excelled in basketball and football. 

Greg was employed by Enterprise as a driver and previously worked valet for the Buffalo Bills at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, NY. 

In addition to his other nicknames, he was also named Mr. Muscles because of his passion for Hulk Hogan. Greg enjoyed driving, as well as spending time with his family and friends. Above all, he centered his life around his wife and children. 

In addition to his parents and wife, Greg is survived by his children, Gregorey Vincent II, Warren Vincent, Evan Vincent, Kingston Vincent and Sean Vincent; his cherished grandson, Gregorey ‘Tre’ Vincent III; step-children Jazlyn Porter and Brandi Goldsmith; siblings, Vaughan Vincent, Alyse Green, Bryan Vincent, Grant Maye, Chancellor Smith, Michael Smith, and Jermaine (Marguitta) Cox. He was ‘Sugar pie guy’ to his grandmother, Jannie (Augustus) Grant-Freeney; son-in-law of Christina Darby; God-brother of Tameka; God-son of Anne Cox; special cousin of Arus George; and best friend of Ernest ‘Wop’ Horton. Greg will also be deeply missed by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and countless friends.
