Dorothy Jane Farrington, of Kenmore, New York, passed away at age 95 on January 3, 2019. She was predeceased by her parents, Carlton and Gertrude (Pratt) Dohn, her beloved husband Robert W. Farrington, and precious great-granddaughter Dahlia DeSantis; Dear mother of Richard (Carolyn) Bird, Thomas (Joyce) Farrington, Sandra (Lewis) Montemaggi, Jo Ann (Dennis) Farrington-Dorgan and Pamela (Rick) Cusimano; Dear sister of Dr. Donald (Carolyn) Dohn, of Alabama, Betty (late Heber) Ashley, of Florida, and Barbara (Jack) Hamilton, of Ohio; Also surviving are 16 Grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great- grandchildren; And many cherished nieces and nephews. Dorothy enjoyed camping, sewing, knitting, dancing, singing and playing her organ. She was a 64 year member of Kenilworth United Church of Christ and she enjoyed singing in the choir all those years. She was also a member of the Town of Tonawanda Senior Center and the Levant Chapter #695 Of The Order of the Eastern Star. Friends are invited to join her family for a celebration of Dorothy’s life, which will be held on May 11, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Kenilworth United Church of Christ, 45 Dalton Dr, Buffalo, NY.
