On May 28, 2023, Troopers arrested Dean M. Buonamici, 38 of Lancaster, NY for driving while intoxicated.
On May 28, 2023, Troopers were conducting a DWI sobriety checkpoint on RT 20 in the town of Elma. Buonamici was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s and transported to SP Elma for processing. Buonamici recorded a .15% BAC.
Buonamici was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Elma for June 15, 2023.
