On April 23, 2023 at 7:55 pm, Troopers out of SP Lockport arrested Joseph A. Lambalzer, 77 of Lockport, NY for Driving while Intoxicated and other vehicle and traffic infractions.
On April 23, 2023, Troopers stopped Lambalzer on Niagara Street in the city of Lockport for a traffic infraction. While interviewing Lambalzer, an odor of alcoholic beverage was present. Lambalzer was placed under arrest after failing multiple SFSTs and transported to SP Lockport for processing. Lambalzer had a reportable BAC of .09%.
Lambalzer was issued traffic tickets returnable to the city of Lockport court for a later date in May 2023.
