A meat raffle benefit for the Shawnee Volunteer Fire Company is slated for Saturday May 6.
In addition to the main raffle, there are side raffles planned for a cooler of booze and beer, a lottery tree, 50/50 raffles and more, plus a freezer of meat door prize.
Admission is $10 at the door, which includes beer, pop, water and one door prize ticket. Tickets for a table of 8 are available for $70.
Doors open at 6 p.m. and the first spin is at 7 p.m.
