On Friday March 24, 2023, Troopers out of SP Clarence arrested Robert L, Hamm III, 24 of Tonawanda for driving while intoxicated and criminal possession of a weapon.
On Friday March 24, 2023, Troopers responded to a one car property damage accident on Transit Rd. in the town of Clarence. Hamm was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s and transported to SP Clarence for processing. Hamm recorded a .16% BAC.
Hamm was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Clarence court for April 2023.
