Timothy F. “Coach” Leonetti, 78, of Lewiston, NY, passed away at his residence on December 22, 2022.  Born in Rochester, NY, he was the son of the late Frank and Sadie (DiVita) Leonetti.

Tim was a 1962 graduate of Bishop Duffy High School.  He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Niagara University in 1966, where he also earned a Master’s Degree in Education in 1973.  Tim was employed as a Math Teacher with Lewiston Porter School District from 1967 until his retirement in 2002, and also served as a coach for the volleyball, basketball, and softball teams.    Tim was an avid sports fan, and especially enjoyed watching the New York Yankees and the Buffalo Bills.

Tim is survived by his step-children, Kathy (Lawrence) Passanese and R. Scott Kline; his grandchildren, Nicholas Passanese, Noah Passanese and Rachel Kline, and his special group of friends at Tin Pan Alley.  He was predeceased by his lifetime companion, Jolene Kline, on August 24, 2018, as well as by several aunts and uncles.
