On March 26, 2022, SP Olean Troopers arrested Kevin J. Crowley, 27, of Limestone, for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree.
Troopers investigating a unconscious person complaint in the parking lot of Sassy’s Truck Stop in the town of Carrollton, determined Crowley had been operating a motor vehicle while in an impaired condition. A probable cause search of Crowley and the vehicle yielded methamphetamine.
Crowley was arrested and released with appearance tickets for Carrollton Town Court, where he is due to appear in April.
