On August 12, 2020, SP Amity Troopers arrested Emily S. Hoffman, 45, of Hanover, PA for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated – BAC Over 0.18%.
Troopers investigating a one-car accident on State Route 417 in the town of Genesee determined Hoffman had been operating a vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. She failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. Hoffman was then arrested and transported to SP Amity, where a chemical breath test revealed her to have a 0.19% BAC.
Hoffman was released with appearance tickets for Genesee Town Court, where she is due to appear in September.
