On August 11, 2020, SP Fillmore Troopers arrested Michael L. Machovoe, 38, of Silver Springs, NY for Driving While Intoxicated.
Troopers investigating a one-car accident on State Route 70 in the town of Grove determined Machovoe had been operating a vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. He failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. Machovoe was then arrested and transported to Noyes Memorial Hospital for evaluation.
Machovoe was released with appearance tickets for Grove Town Court, where he is due to appear in September.
