On August 8, 2020, SP Machias Troopers arrested Daniel J. Jennings, 36, of Sardinia, NY for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 1st Degree and Driving While Intoxicated.
During a traffic stop on Delevan Avenue in the village of Delevan, Jennings was exhibiting obvious signs of intoxication. Troopers determined he had been operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. He failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. Jennings was then arrested and transported to SP Machias, where a chemical breath test revealed him to have a 0.12% BAC.
Jennings was released with appearance tickets for Yorkshire Town Court, where he is due to appear later this month.
