BUFFALO — The Buffalo Sabres announced Wednesday that the team has assigned forward Justin Bailey to the Rochester Americans (AHL).

A Buffalo native, Bailey was selected by the Sabres in the second round (52nd overall) of the 2013 NHL Draft before finishing his OHL career with 148 points (76+72) in 168 games with the Kitchener Rangers and Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds.
