Voting in the All WNY Awards Best Burger contest will be held until May 22.
The first-of-its kind non-music-related vote will allow Western New Yorkers to declare who has the best burger in the area. Nominees were chosen from the public over the past week, including:
- Alton’s on Transit
- Aro Bar de Tapas
- Griffon Pub
- Grover’s
- The Log Cabin
- New York Beer Project – Lockport
- Roaming Buffalo
- Roaming Dee’s
- The Silo – Lewiston
- Soliday’s Bar and Grille
- Vizzi’s – Kenmore
Voting will be held at http://www.allwnyawards.com/2016/05/wnys-best-burger-voting.html. Any tie will result in a 24-hour runoff vote between the top two vote-getters.
Nominations are also open for the second vote in the All WNY Awards: Top tourist attraction. Buffalo was recently named by Travel and Leisure Magazine as America’s Favorite Big City, meaning there will be even more tourists here this summer and in coming years. Assuming Niagara Falls is on the list of things to tell people to see, we’re exempting that from the nominations. What else will you tell people to visit?
