OLEAN — A 48-year-old Olean man was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Barnum Road.
According to New York State Police, William Hall was seen crossing over the center line twice. During the subsequent interview, he was determined to be intoxicated, although he refused all sobriety tests.
He was charged, processed and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Olean Court on May Thursday.
