NIAGARA FALLS — A 21-year-old Niagara Falls man was charged this morning with driving while ability impaired by drugs and fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on Whitney Avenue.
According to New York State Police, Thomas D’Arcangelo was stopped around 6:59 a.m. when the vehicle he was operating was observed committing a lane violation. While being interviewed, D’Arcangelo exhibited signs of intoxication and was also found in possession of approximately 29 grams of marijuana.
D’Arcangelo was taken into custody and transported to SP Niagara where he was processed and issued appearance tickets returnable in the City of Niagara Falls Court.
