LANCASTER — New York State Police charged a 38-year-old Buffalo woman with DWI following a traffic stop on Genesee Street earlier today.

According to police, Angela M. Nemeth had failed to stop at a stop sign and was speeding when Troopers pulled her over. She was determined to be intoxicated and provided a breath sample with a .11 percent blood alcohol content.

Nemeth was released with tickets to appear in the Town of Lancaster Court at a later date.
