TOWN OF TONAWANDA — A 31-year-old Buffalo man was charged with driving while intoxicated Saturday following a traffic stop on the I-290.

According to New York State Police, Timothy P. Colby was speeding prior to being stopped. Once he was stopped, he was determined to be intoxicated and later found to have a .14 percent blood alcohol content.

Colby was released with tickets to appear in the Town of Tonawanda Court at a later date.
