BUFFALO — A 25-year-old Buffalo man is facing numerous charges following an incident Sunday morning when Buffalo Police say he drove his car at them.
According to BPD, officers responded to a DWI call around 2 a.m. at Niagara Street and Forest Avenue. Northwest District Officers say Toan Ly “drove head on” at them. He was eventually apprehended during a traffic stop a short time later.
Ly is charged with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with .08 of 1% or more alcohol in blood, reckless driving and multiple vehicle and traffic infractions.
