WHEATFIELD — A tractor trailer brought down utility lines on Ward Road between Niagara Falls Boulevard and Church Road around 5:30 a.m., closing the road for up to six hours.
Officials advise taking another route.
UPDATE: The road re-opened to traffic around 8:30 a.m.
