BOLIVAR — A 62-year-old Bolivar man died today as a result of a farm tractor accident.
According to New York State Police, Troopers and the Bureau of Criminal Investigation responded to Johnson Hill Road around 12:38 p.m.
Richard R. Gasbarre had been operating his 1953 Ford Jubilee tractor while tilling the backyard. Gasbarre backed over a break wall causing the tractor to overturn, landing on him.
The Allegany County Coroner responded to pronounce the deceased.
