LOCKPORT — A 47-year-old Lockport man was charged today with fourth-degree stalking by New York State Police.
According to NYSP, Brian Knox continued to email and text a woman, as well as follow her to work after he was advised not to.
Knox processed and arraigned and then released on his own recognizance, with a court date later this month.
