NIAGARA FALLS — A 26-year-old Niagara Falls man was charged early Thursday morning with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Niagara Falls Boulevard.
According to New York State Police, William Truesdale was stopped around 2:24 a.m. due to the vehicle he was operating not having adequate tail lamps. He was determined to be intoxicated and charged with DWI.
Truesdale was taken to the Niagara Troopers’ barracks for processing and then released on appearance tickets returnable in the City of Niagara Falls court.
