SELINSGROVE, Pa. — Kaylyn Jones of Holland was recently inducted into the Pi Gamma Mu honor society at Susquehanna University.

The purpose of Pi Gamma Mu is to encourage the study of the social sciences and to achieve synthesis therein; to inspire social service to humanity by an intelligent approach to the solution of social problems; and to recognize outstanding achievement. The Pennsylvania Gamma Chapter was established in 1927.

Jones is a psychology major in the Class of 2017. A 2013 graduate of Holland Central High School, she is the daughter of Gregory and the late Barbara Jones.

Susquehanna University is a selective, residential liberal arts college that provides a solid background in the liberal arts and sciences, as well as professional experiences.
