ELLICOTTVILLE — New York State Police revealed today that a 28-year-old Ellicottville woman who was accused last week of damaging emergency vehicles from the Ellicottville Fire Department had been previously placed on leave from that department.

NYSP states that Morgan Manfreda-Moran had been suspended from the fire department prior to the burglary and vandalism incident in which she is accused of slashing the tires of emergency vehicles at the Ellicottville Fire Department.

Manfred-Moran was arraigned at the Town of Ellicottville Court  on Friday and is scheduled to re appear at a later date.
